COMPOSITION

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION
Plasterboard must be attached in confoRmity with DTU 25.41 and 25.42
Cuts made into plasterboard must be on the bevel and dusted.

MIXING RATIO
From 10 to 11 l of water per 25 kg sack.
1 volume of water + 2,5 volumes of powder.

USE
Before jointing fill gaps between boards and any irregular joints and repair any damaged board.
Apply manually by using a 10 or 15 cm filling knife and apply the tape - milled face against the board. Then apply a finish coat, allow to dry and finish to cover the tape.
Also cover screw heads.
Apply a tape into the ceiling joins and ensure that the concrete is free of any signs of mould-release oil.
For vertical protuding angles use a reinforced tape (metal side against the board) or a metal angle bead.
