SUBSTRATE PREPARATION
The surfaces must comply with DTU 59.1, meaning they must be clean, dry, sound, hard, dust-free and free from any trace of formwork oil.
Open cracks properly. Scrape, sand and wash old paintwork.

MIXING RATIO
Bonding and filling : 1 volume of water for 2 volumes of powder.
Smoothing : 1.5 volumes of water for 2.5 volumes of powder. 7.5 to 9 L of water per 15 kg bag (or 2.5 to 3 L per 5 kg bag) depending on the type of work.
The lower the amount of water, the less shrinkage there will be.

One 15 kg bag for 4.8 to 9.6 m² of plasterboard (1.5 to 3 kg/m² of plasterboard depending on the number and thickness of the dabs).
Jointing plasterboards : One 15 kg bag for 42 m² of plasterboard (approximately 350 g/m² of plasterboard).
Erecting cellular concrete block partition walls : Approximately 5 kg/m2.
Filling : 1 to 1.2 kg/m2/mm of thickness.
Smoothing all surfaces : 250 g to 400 g/m2.
