DESCRIPTION
Semin's waterproof plasterboard-aluminium frame access hatch is composed of a small lid mounted on a frame, and allows access to concealed equipment. It can, for example, allow access to a bathtub drain trap or to the inside of a ventilation shaft. The frame consists of bar sections, corner brackets, a stopper, and hidden safety latches made of 1.5 mm thick DC 1 galvanised sheet metal. The removable lid is made of plaster. The closing system is made of steel and plastic, and is equipped with EPDM lip seals. The nails are made of steel.
